i dont have a clue but i have one and i dont know about you but mind came with a warenty card you can send to dyepaintball and they will fix the problem the only that they wont do is give you back your money

First change your battery, then i would suggest cleaning off your bolt and giving it a fresh lube, also one thing no one thinks of, if you blew the reg seat on your hyper 2 its possible to cause this problem so take apart your reg and make sure thats alright.

Same problem on mine, check all the bolt o-rings, one of mine fell off. I also lubed my bolt and some o-rings.
