It was capped at 15 trust me, i never go above 15bps because i'd waste too much paint..and plus, eyes are on, i never play with eyes off, because my egg will not keep up

It wouldnt be capped at 15 with eyes on?? what u said makes no sence at al l.....eyes on = capped at 15bps for me... [eyes off = unlimited ROF]
