lol ive been playing for 7 years thats ramping if you listen you can hear it pick up after he goes slow for a sec he was shoting at a rof thats right B4 ramping kicks in so i would juess he has ramping starting at 13-14 bps

that is bounce cause i can do the same with mine when i turn the debounce low cause when its high no matter what i cant 3 finger it
